Examples of the most popular bottle beers are:
Proclaimed as the favourite of many, the Chimay White is a beautiful example of a Trappist Belgian Tripel ale. This rich golden-coloured ale is bottle-conditioned which adds a gorgeous complexity to the beer whilst allowing for long-term cellaring.
This is the big one from Rochefort. Really rich and complex, with a deep red/brown colour and thick head.
It's a regular contender for World's best beer and can go head to head to substitute any red wine as a food companion. Fruits and chocolate are the main tastes with a hint of nuttiness; a belter!
The Chimay Red is a gorgeous Dubbel ale that displays the technical perfection that has come to be expected in Trappist brewing. True to style and free from distracting flaws, you know that when you’re enjoying the Chimay Red Dubbel you’re tasting the beer the way it should be.
Brugse Zot Beer:
Brugse Zot beer is the only beer that is brewed in the town centre of the historical town of Bruges, Belgium. The renowned Halve Maan brewery brews the Brugse Zot Blonde and relies on secondary fermentation in the bottle to create a long maturation process that only improves the beer with time.
Bold, slightly sweet, and deceptively drinkable, Leffe Radieuse is a strong dark Belgian abbey ale. Sweet fruits like plums and raisins, spice, and a roasted maltiness come courtesy of the ingredients: dark malts, corn, hops, yeast, and coriander. This quintessentially Belgian ale is smooth and luscious yet has a medium dry finish and a good balance giving it a rather long and warm finish.
